This resulted in a large number of complaints. Therefore the decision has been made to limit our services to a group of core countries until we can establish a larger staff base and more offices around the world. IMHO, every menus that functionally at members section, it means that members can use it and have a right to use it, right ? And other things, you didn't mention explicitly that member (who has been surf blocked) should not use surf4others function. 2. How about my October earnings. The best way to get answers for one issue is to stick to one ticket, and reply to it should you need more clarification. As it is, you already have four staff working on your tickets, and having to spend time searching for your other tickets. The reply you received in UTJ-XXXXX where you can still withdraw your earnings is when your account remains active, while you cannot surf. However, even with knowing that your surfing services will not currently be required, you set your surf4other to get around the blocked surfing. Because of this, your account has been inactivated, and you will no longer be able to withdraw your earnings. Our Terms and Conditions state: In the event of Termination of our service, be it by Studio Traffic.com or the User, we will only return any membership upgrade fees that have been paid directly by the User minus any Surfing or Referral earnings. Upon checking your account, you have already been paid more than you have upgraded out of your pocket, so you are no longer at any loss for having joined the program. The only purpose that setting your Surf4other on was to get around the blocked surfing. Had this been allowed for all our members who had blocked surfing, you would still be asking us to go against the restrictions on banking conditions/practices in your country, which defeated the purpose. Regarding this topic, arguing about it is moot, since the action remains the same, and will remain the same. Members who used the surf4other option to get around the blocked surfing setting have their accounts inactivated, and receive refunds if they are not yet in profit. Have a good day.
